Geographic Expansion
The products manufactured for and distributed by Saringer Life Sciences can be used by patients in all regions of the world. The widespread need for chronic pain relief offered by the Iceotherm and the venous circulatory improvement provided by the Venowave are conditions experienced by people worldwide. It is the intention of Saringer Life Science Technologies to market and sell its medical devices in many regions of the world. The geographic expansion that is planned for the next five years includes the following regions: United States, Europe, Australia and Japan. A Canadian Distributor has already been appointed.
Strategic Relationships
Saringer Life Sciences has had a successful history of entering into strategic relationships with world class health organizations. In particular the partnership with McMaster University and Hamilton Health Sciences and many of their leading physicians has advanced the development and commercial readiness of Saringer's two initial market products, the Venowave and the Iceotherm. The Company wishes to develop and enhance its existing strategic relationship sand will source out other opportunities with world-leading medical institutions. Active discussions are currently taking place with top vascular specialists at the Cleveland Clinic, the Mayo Clinic, Northwestern University in Chicago and the Jewish Hospital in Montreal.

Saringer Life Sciences was established with a goal of becoming a leading medical device sales and distribution company focused on innovative and cost effective therapeutic solutions for patients suffering from vascular, muscular and soft tissue conditions. The company has strategically chosen to sell and distribute a wide array of products across a number of conditions
Initially, the company is focused on the successful promotion of leading-edge devices developed by founder John Saringer. However, management will seek out new and innovative products under license, distribution agreement, or perhaps outright purchase from other companies.
