Products & Technology
While overseeing the commercialization of continuous passive motion machines (CPM) at his former start-up company Toronto Medical Corp., inventor and entrepreneur John Saringer became interested in finding solutions for problems associated with immobility and lack of blood circulation. The Venowave, inspired by both Mr. Saringer and Dr. Jack Hirsh addressed those concerns. John Saringer first started to study the therapeutic effect of hot and cold technology simultaneously in the early 1990's. This technology ultimately led to the development of the ICE-O-therm, a handheld pain relief device which utilizes both hot and cold modalities simultaneously.
Both Venowave and ICE-O-therm products are market ready and are in the early stages of introduction across the globe. For more information about these products select the following links.
